Adult Safety & Preparedness Training
Everyone is always looking for the next “big thing.” However, we are more concerned with something that will remain constant for years to come: crime. The world is, unfortunately, not becoming safer. Although overall crime has decreased over the past 30 years, violent crimes have increased since 2014. There are several self-defense programs and martial arts styles that claim to have the “perfect” techniques to keep you safe, but many are not based in reality.
There is a distinct difference between martial arts and self-defense. Many martial arts styles are sport-based or theory-based with little or no applicability in real-life situations. Other martial arts programs are overly aggressive and can get you into more trouble than you had originally intended. Our self-defense programs are based on law enforcement principles and reality. Our training comes from real-world situations and is deigned to teach you life-saving skills in a short amount of time, not keep you locked into a contract for years.
Skills learned in the C.O.B.R.A.™ Self Defense System are to be used in real life situations. This is not a sport or a point match. In real life you do not get to pick your bad guy. He/she will almost always pick the time, place and/or method of attack. You will never get this luxury. We train our students with this in mind. This is why C.O.B.R.A.™ Self Defense was developed to be extremely effective in real life.
In your training, you will develop the ultimate mindset for real self-defense and the skills you need to defend against any situation. Click here to learn more about C.O.B.R.A.™
What Is a Red Team?
An independent group that challenges an organization to improve its effectiveness.
Red teaming is normally associated with assessing vulnerabilities and limitations of procedures, systems or structures.
Red teaming refers to the work performed to provide an adversarial perspective, especially when this perspective includes plausible tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) as well as realistic policy and doctrine.
